I am in the market to purchase commercial property for sale in South Florida. That being said, I realize there are many opportunities available in the current market. I also realize that I need to do my own homework. Yet, there are benefits to hiring a real estate agent to help you find the right property for your business.

For example, when it comes to buying commercial real estate, you need to know the comps for the location. What is the value of this property not just on the books or in the ad, but to me and my business? This is especially true if you are taking over the existing business. For me, buying rental property with a commercial store is all it took for me to know which property was right for my needs. Your agent will provide that for you.

My second reason for hiring a real estate agent to handle this commercial property purchase was because the IRS taxes are just too confusing for me. The legal paperwork and title requirements were more hassle than I was ready to do myself. The agent handled all of that for me.
Hiring an agent means hiring someone to work for you to obtain the goal you have. A good agent will work towards that goal until you are happy.
